At first we worked with an outsourced short-term rental operator to manage our own properties. They failed to meet our standards, twice.
So we built our own in-house team instead, and being family-run, the expertise was close to home, with design and construction capability in-house. Every property we manage today gets the same care as our own investments: housekeeping, maintenance, technicians, all on our payroll, all accountable to us.

The one who first moved the family into property investing. Leads Bangkok operations: the in-house housekeeping, maintenance and technician teams report into her. Native Thai speaker, fluent in English.
