Maison Siam was built to respond to a clear demand from property investors: a true turn-key operations partner. We started managing properties exclusively for our own clients — investors who purchased through us and needed someone to run the rental well. Today we manage a curated portfolio of Bangkok properties, all under our Airbnb Superhost account.
At first we worked with an outsourced short-term rental operator to manage our properties. They failed to meet our standards — twice.
So we built our own in-house team instead. Every property we manage today receives the same level of care and attention as if it were our own investment. Housekeeping, maintenance, technicians — all on our payroll, all accountable to us.
