You've just bought in Bangkok. We photograph the unit, list it, and host it to Superhost standard — housekeeping and maintenance handled by our own team. From the first month you receive a clear report on occupancy, income, and condition. You don't field guest messages at midnight; we do.

Portfolio owner

Your whole portfolio, run to one standard.

A few units shouldn't mean a few different standards. We run every one with the same in-house team and the same hosting discipline, and report on all of them together — one point of contact, one clear monthly view. As the portfolio grows, the terms reflect it.

Same-building neighbour

We already look after a residence in your building.

Our team is in your building every week, caring for a home much like yours — attentive housekeeping, quick maintenance, a manager who already knows the place. If your unit is sitting empty or under-earning, there's little to set up. We're a few floors away.

Daily lets stopped

Earning, within the rules.

If your building or the Hotel Act has put a stop to daily lets, mid-term hosting is the way back. Stays of 30 nights and longer sit cleanly under most condo by-laws and the Hotel Act — and they're our core model. We move your unit from daily to mid-term, and keep it earning.

Best Airbnb I've ever stayed in in Bangkok. The apartment is just perfect: spacious, beautiful view, clean and designed to make you feel at home. The location is great, the neighborhood offers plenty of options for restaurants, bars, gyms, etc. And finally Siri and Alex are great hosts, always easy to reach and available to make the stay better. We assess your property against four setup categories, agree the scope, and configure the listing across every active channel. Most properties go live within two weeks.

Daily operations

Our team runs pricing, guests, housekeeping, maintenance, utilities and compliance. You see everything in real time via your Hostaway owner dashboard.

Monthly reporting

Itemised income and expenses, occupancy and nightly rate, net balance transferred within five business days of month end. Every cost reconciled, with receipts.

Superhost commitment

Why our Superhost status matters to your income.

Every Maison Siam property is listed under our Superhost account. That status drives Airbnb search placement, booking conversion and the nightly rate the market will accept. Losing it costs every owner across our portfolio — so we treat it as a core operational responsibility.

When something goes wrong — an air conditioner fails, a guest issue arises — we act immediately. We don't wait for approval. Compensation up to one night's value is handled by us without prior notice and documented in your next monthly report. Anything larger is flagged first. When the disruption is our fault, we absorb the cost — every time.

The operators behind every property.

Maison Siam began as the in-house operations team for our investor clients. We brought it in-house after two outsourced operators failed to meet our standards. Today our housekeeping, maintenance and technician teams are all on our payroll — every property is managed with the same care as if it were our own investment.
