Maintenance & property upkeep

- Abnormal usage or property condition issues flagged and escalated immediately
Utility & financial management
- Electricity, water and internet bills monitored and settled on your behalf — costs deducted from rental income, never absorbed by Maison Siam
- Costs deducted from rental income; net balance transferred within 5 business days of month end
- CAM fee (common area maintenance) coordinated — owner transfers directly to the juristic person
- All transactions documented and itemised in your monthly report

Compliance & reporting
- Lease agreement drafted for each booking and submitted to the condo juristic for guest registration — in compliance with condo rules and Thai law
